Hair Care: Mix 3–5 drops into 1 tablespoon of carrier oil (jojoba, coconut, or argan). Gently massage into the scalp. Leave on for 20–30 minutes before washing. It can also be added directly to shampoo (2–3 drops per application).

Topical Use / Massage: Dilute 1 drop in 1 tablespoon of carrier oil. Apply to the desired area with gentle movements.

Aromatic Bath: Add 4–6 drops mixed with a tablespoon of carrier oil or bath salt to warm water.
